My Approach to Your Success
1 AI Readiness Assessment
List the work, the systems, and whether each step has an API or only a screen. MIT NANDA found 95% of public generative-AI pilots fail to show business value. A March 2026 survey found 78% of enterprises have an agent pilot and 14% have scaled one. The assessment is which side of that gap you are on.
2 Operating model, not a tool list
Delegate, Review, Own before you pick Claude, Codex, or Agentforce. Structured work gets MCP and connectors. Long-tail portal work may need computer use. Either path needs identity, a reviewer, and a stop button. The EU AI Act's Article 14 lists five human-oversight capabilities for high-risk systems. Most teams cannot name the owner of one.
3 Guided implementation
Ship one production agent with a registry entry, an audit trail, and a named reviewer. Wiley published 40% faster case resolution in the first weeks of Agentforce, with humans kept on complex work. Barco published 100% API compliance across five agent networks. The pattern is the same: volume to the agent, judgment to the person.
When is the interface the API?
OpenAI said Codex can see, click, and type across apps, with multiple agents in parallel on a Mac. Anthropic shipped computer use in Cowork and Claude Code as a research preview. GPT-5.4 is framed as a general-purpose model with native computer use, reporting 75.0% on OSWorld-Verified against a 72.4% human baseline. Treat vendor benchmarks as vendor benchmarks. The direction is still clear: the screen itself is becoming executable.
