- LLM call Model lane Which model, which lane, and that the call went through the gateway.
- Tool call MCP mapping Which tool name, which client ID, and whether policy allowed it.
- Agent hop A2A or Agentforce If a peer was invoked, the task and context IDs that scoped the hop.
- Decision recorded Trail The path an operator can replay. If this span is missing, the run is not production.
